They are all the same method,
so all affected in the same way.

Unaffected are deployments with unlocked laptops, their own activation
server or deployment keys.

Once the service is restored, all laptop owners who need one should
ensure they have a developer key, so that they do not depend on the
service.

Deployments without their own keys who still need anti-theft software
should consider making keys.
