Announcing OLPC OS 13.2.3 for XO-1.75 and XO-4

G'day,

We're pleased to announce the release of OLPC OS 13.2.3 for XO-1.75
and XO-4.

It is Sugar 0.104 on Fedora 18, with hardware enablement for ongoing
manufacturing and spare parts.

XO-4 users beware of the firmware upgrade - it must be done with care.

Many thanks to all contributors, testers, upstreams, and those who

Flash plugin, GStreamer MP3 codecs, or vMeta hardware acceleration,
should contact me directly for assistance.
