No, that would be something you would have to determine.

What I did was install the OLPC Fedora kernel after debootstrap.

The debootstrap is called here:

The kernel is installed here:

Most recent kernels can be found here:

Instructions for building kernels (not that I would expect you to need
to do this) and other background information here:

You should focus on Trusty 14.04 not Lucid 10.04.  Work you do on
Lucid would be wasted effort.
