I don't know if anybody else have this problem:

When try to connect to one ap, sugar do nothing (do not open the window to
put the password)
In shell.log I see:

Failed to add and activate a connection:
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Settings.NotPrivileged:
InsufficientPrivileges.
