This is a signed release candidate that can be installed on all XOs,
even those with security enabled.

We're looking for testing and feedback on all aspects of the system.
Thanks for any help you can offer, and for all the feedback that was
received throughout development.

Please review the "Known problems" section of the release notes. Some
documented issues are carried over from previous releases, but others
are new and are things that we will aim to fix in the few weeks before
release.

XO-4 automatic power management is enabled by default, but this is
still a work in progress. There are still various instabilities which
may make this build feel more unstable than earlier ones. You can
disable automatic power management in sugar's Settings panel to
restore previous behaviour.

Changes since the previous release candidate:

Read collaboration works again (SL#4448)

A drawing-related memory leak was fixed (was affecting runin tests, #12285)

XO-4 unused cores are powered off (#12589)

XO-4 wake-on-WLAN should be more reliable for 1GHz systems (i.e. B1) (#12490)

XO-4 volume changes are now less coarse (#12527)

XO-4 volume changes no longer result in speaker output being
re-enabled when headphones are connected (#12361)

An XO-4 EC communication problem was fixed (#12525)

Idle suspend and wake-on-WLAN are re-enabled by default in this build.

Plus XO-4 fixes that were shipped in XO-4-only builds 31-34:
Fixed mouse cursor corruption in X (#12534)
Work around bug where CPU usage at idle is reported too high (#12538)
Fix hang when system needs to abort a suspend due to incoming wakeup
events (#12541).
Speakers distort less at max volume (#12588)
Q7B20 firmware fixes loss of mouse cursor in test menu (#12592)
GNOME battery icon no longer rendered twice (#12546)
We now only support mono audio recording via the external jack on XO-4 (#12584)

powerd-109: avoid suspending when HDMI is connected
Latest runin tests (#12576)
Bluetooth tests added to OFW (#12489)

Thanks!
