turn off the WAKE_ON_WLAN config setting in powerd.conf.

martin's just misremembering. the long-winded docs are in the powerd
script itself. http://dev.laptop.org/git/users/pgf/powerd/tree/powerd
or /usr/sbin/powerd .

the config vars are also described in /etc/powerd/powerd.conf, so you
might just want to start there.
