Impacts of disabling Automatic Power Management

Sridhar -

I agree with Richard's concern about finding the problem.  Have you tried to differentiate between problems with collaboration and problems with networking in general?  Have you tried different 3G modems and seen different results?  I'm just a little skeptical about assuming we know where the problems lie when we haven't actually identified them yet.
