Slight variant

sudo yum install  /media/USB\ DISK/a*.rpm --nogpgcheck

worked and then Virtaal installed fine.  Thanks Kevin.  I really
wanted Virtaal on this XO 1.75 before I go to Sugar Camp LIma for the
Quechua / Aymara Translation Marathon, now I can get 2 hrs sleep and
catch my plane. :-)
