Suspend_while_charging bug

I've seen something similar where the magnet of the XO-1 will interact
with the lid sensor of the XO-1.5, possibly causing multiple lid open
and close events even though nothing has actually moved.

I've also seen power LED inconsistencies, but they were fixed.  Please
check to see if Q3B11 fixes this for you.

If you have a serial adaptor, log the output to another computer, and
watch for "+", which is emitted when the laptop resumes from suspend.
