[Testing] [support-gang] Lost Communication in 10.1.3?

Hi Gerald,

That was the first thing I tried and it didn't work for me.  I'll try it again when I get back from TX.  How did you connect the 1.0 to the network?  They are still showing as access points rather than the Mayan numerals on the 1.0s.  Maybe I need to do the install again.
