Q4C09 fixes longstanding bugs in WEP and WPA WiFi authentication; it
works with at least the following authentication schemes:
WEP {Open,Shared Key} x {40/64,128} bit x {hex, ascii} key
{WPA, WPA2-Personal} x {TKIP,AES}
It does not support WPA2-Enterprise mode.
