For the images created in this manner I use the term "sparse", since
they contain less than all of the blocks of the image.

Q3A64 is the latest release.  Sparse images install correctly but
an unpleasant warning appears suggesting that there was a problem.

Q3A63 is the previous release.  Sparse images install correctly with no
warning.

If my testing today proves successful, I will be releasing Q3A65, which
will fix the warning issue.
