It looks like a lot of those issues are resolved with the latest
discussions and churn in the kernel community, but perhaps it is a
good idea to avoid FIEMAP for now while everything settles. I still
think its the right approach but perhaps better saved for a future
release cycle.

James, is the latest firmware release good to go with images created
in this manner?
