Where should I put my public_rpms for 10.1.3 ?

as in the past, should it be ~/public_rpms/10.1.3 ? Will that work?

Hello list -- did I forget to mention this? Simon is build-master for
10.1.3 . Release manager. Culprit-in-chief.
