Fuzzy screen problem in Nicaragua

Please provide us with serial numbers of affected units.
I'm a little perplexed as to how Nicaragua ended up with
such a high failure rate with this issue.

We will also need a couple of the affected screens
to return to the manufacturer for failure analysis.
