Bit of confusion here:  OLPC isn't going to ship Android on XO-1.75
or XO-3.  Marvell (or another partner) will use Android for selling
their devices to the developed world, but OLPC will ship a full Linux
distribution (we're still deciding which), with Xorg and Sugar.
