Announcing Q2E42 firmware for XO-1.0

Installed Q2E42 on XO-1s with F9 builds, F11 builds, and F12 builds, all
booted from jffs2.  Q2E42 did not test the develop.sig on the SD card -
only on device 'int:'

Regularly the machines would stall (last line shown: either "Using USB
keyboard" or "Type the ESC key to interrupt automatic startup") UNLESS I
had before booting detached the USB cable coming from the external hub.
 This stalling situation appeared to me to occur more often than with Q2E41.
