trac, 1.5 milestone changes

G'day,

Thank you to our testers of XO-1.5 hardware and software.

The milestones we use in trac for tickets have been renamed to better
match our scheduling.  The http://dev.laptop.org/1.5 custom query has
been changed as well.

If you're not sure what milestone to use, just leave the field "Not
Triaged" and we'll work it out for you.

If you'd like to know what the milestones mean;

1.5-hardware-* means when we commit to manufacture,

1.5-firmware-* means when we commit to having the firmware ready for
manufacture,

1.5-software means when the operating system build is ready for mass
production manufacturing loading.

The list of milestones will certainly change, but a naming convention
is being enforced.
