Broken XO battery (battery LED flashes red)

Hi

The battery LED is flashing red and "ec-abnormal@ ." at the OFW prompt
gives back the value 2 (Wrong Pack setting).

As described in the battery troubleshooting guide we did a
bat-dump-banks and got the following result:

Can the battery be fixed?
How can a dump the output of bat-dump-banks in a file on a USB flash
drive? We had to copy it manually.
