Stop Button not working for my application

With so little information about what you are trying to do, I cannot
give an appropriate answer to your questions.

But perhaps will be useful for you to look at the log of your activity
in ~/.sugar/default/logs and ask here for help if you cannot interpret
it (pasting the contents of that file).
