yup, this is because of our old version of gstreamer.  I don't know if
there will be an easy fix, you might be able to update gstreamer if
you don't care about Record behavior.

might be a temporary problem, but you could try:
sudo yum clean all

(this was suggested to me last time I was having yum trouble by the
nice people of IRC in #fedora on FreeNode)
