I've posted the agenda for this week's country meetings, and slides
from most talks, at:

This includes Nicholas' talk on Tuesday where he announced the XO-2.

I have DVDs for the first two days of talks, and the promise of video
*tapes* for the rest; I'll be posting these as quickly as I can:
expect to be able to watch video early next week.  I'm also hoping to
get slides for the Friday talks.

I could use help editing and transcoding the video.  It appears that
the DVD is cut into 10-minute chapters which don't correspond to the
actual talks, so the chapters will need to be stitched together in
kino or similar, broken at semantic boundaries, and exported as Ogg.
One could add subtitles identifying the participants if one were
ambitious.    Let me know if you can help.
