Definitely.  I've been thinking about it for a very long time, but
there hasn't been anyone around with time to actually implement the
ideas, and so no finished spec has actually been produced.  I expect
that the Season of Usability will get us on track to make it happen.

I hope to create some guidelines for common use, for sure, while
leaving it open to activities to make use of the buttons in any way
that makes the most sense in context.
