Another Summer of Code project - VideoEdit

I started working on a video editing activity for the XO a couple of
months ago, and have been developing a backend in python based on the
excellent GNonLin [1] GStreamer framework.
I too have a wiki page [2] for the project, and am hoping within the
next few weeks to have some code/prototypes worth sharing. While I had
thought more about video generation than annotation, it seems we have
the same basic idea for the activity and I'm thrilled someone else is
interested in working on this!
