Chris and I added options for 'review' and 'qa signoff' to the 'next-action' Trac field. We dropped the 'signoff' option since people were confused about how to use it. Finally, we slightly reordered the actions to better reflect the order than most tickets will progress through them in. Are there any other ticket states that people would like to see? Michael
