8.2.0 Release Notes

Thanks for the link, very useful!
FYI I have a Releases page at: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Releases

Its still under construction but its basically meant to give the status, 
target users and link to documentation for all current releases. I added 
a link to your master release notes page at the top of that.

Any other edits or additions to it welcome.

I'm starting on the 8.2.0 release notes as my top priority for tomorrow.

One thing I could use is a link to existing documentation or a brief 
write up of the benefits of each of the major new features. If possible, 
I want to say why its useful to the user not how it was coded.

I started formating the release notes at a high level. You can add those 
links to the new features section 
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Release_Notes/8.2.0#New_Features_in_8.2.0 or 
you can put them in the release contracts bug ID itself and I'll pick 
them up from there.
