It still works but is strongly discouraged.  I would like to see it dropped 
entirely for the next release.  if there not getting picked up it likely means 
you have not increased the EVR of your package  and its not considered the 
latest.  or its in and you just did not realised it because its the same EVR  
it was not tracked.
