How can the XO be made accessible to blind

An accessibility tool kit seems nice, and, with 'accessibility' perhaps
being the theme of the next Summer of Content as I was discussing with SJ
this doesn't seem very far away.

Ideas on what all the accessibility kit could incorporate would be very much
welcome.
