Looks like it was already reported: http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/5069

However, the process would be:

Try use the log viewer activity and look for a log called something like
org.laptop.Memorize-1.log - that may have a traceback or error. You
should be able to copy the log onto a USB stick in the Terminal activity
with:
cp ~/.sugar/default/logs/org.laptop.Memorize-1.log /media/[whatever the
mount point is called]

Component is usually the activity name - memorize in this case. You can
leave version blank if there isn't a suitable option, but state in the
ticket what you used.
