Stable build for BTest-3, firmware q2c11 and Build 406.

If the previous version of the firmware was B-series, *do not* revert 
the firmware.  Doing so will overwrite the manufacturing data unrecoverably.

Considering the known hardware failure mode of B2, I'm not particularly 
interested in the software aspects, and could not debug them anyway in 
the face of that hardware issue.
