new stable kernel

Hi,

olpc-2.6's master branch has merged up with libertas and linus; it has
2.6.21-rc4(ish), mfgpt cleanups/fixes, nat fun, some necessary power
management changes that are needed to start playing w/ suspend/resume,
and possibly other things that I'm forgetting.  There shouldn't be
anything particularly adventurous.

I'd like to branch a new stable from it tomorrow.  If anyone has any
objections, please let me know.
