Enabling OProfile in the OLPC kernels?

Could we turn that on in near future. Then people can avoid building custom 
kernels to run OProfile? The 314 build still doesn't have OProfile enabled. Who 
do I need to make the request to change the line in the kernel config files to 
mke oprofile support available?
