serial port on "power management" B2?

We just populated the serial connector.  You'll need to disassemble to
get to the connector, and a dongle from one of the A-Test boards to get 
the serial port itself -- let us know if you don't have one.

Richard Smith and John Watlington (CC'd) can answer questions about the
disassembly, and get a dongle shipped to you tomorrow if you don't have
one.
