battery problems

The trickle charge hardware is only in the B2 hardware.

A B2 system will currently trickle charge a battery back to about 6V; it
is then failing to switch into regular charging mode to complete the
process.

Richard Smith and people at Quanta are currently investigating why the
embedded controller is failing to switch into regular charging mode,
once the battery has been brought up to an operable condition.  You may
be able to get it to charge at this point by reinserting the battery
(Richard might know for sure).
