Develop activity item for next week's teleconference

Hey folks,

Seems like it is high time I joined in on the teleconference and spoke a
bit about what I've doing with Develop activity.

There have, *cough*, been many differences of opinion as to the what and
how's of Develop's various features, so this seems to be a good way to
hopefully arrive at some sort of consensus.  Particularly, we need to
figure out how the version control feature should be implemented,
something which is a very contentious issue.

I must admit, I would have done this before now I had realised that the
these calls were open...
