That's one reason why _some_ Linux kernel developers do not agree with
that part of the GPLv3.

Others disagree with it because they think the GPlv2 actually requires
the keys already, and the GPLv3 just takes it too far.

for all modules it contains, plus any associated interface definition
files, plus the scripts used to control compilation and installation of
the executable."
