Firmware Q2B43 has been released

Laptop Firmware Q2B43 has been released.

Battery charging code in this release is much improved.  If you have 
battery issues please try to upgrade.  However, if you have the 
battery-won't-charge-at-all problem this is still not fixed.

A new autoupdater will follow soon.
