joyride image Jffs2 on usb ?

On the latest build

There is a file that ends with jffs2.usb

Does it mean that you can use jffs2 on usb ?

I tried to dd it to my usb , but the olpc won t boot
it

Anyone knows how to use it ?

Anyone knows how to make one ?

I have searched the web and I found this file is
present since built 1470 , but I haven t been able to
find anything else
