Yes.  From the build.log of 1432:

  /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.54882: line 10: /sbin/new-kernel-pkg: No such file or directory
  error: %post(kernel-2.6.22-20071215.21.olpc.6fce16b65e15831.i586) scriptlet failed, exit status 127


The new-kernel-pkg script is part of mkinitrd :-(

Please, allow me some time to come up with a straightforward
fix that doesn't require putting mkinitrd back in the builds.
