lzma move for kernel/initrd almost done, hang on. Testing code now, 
commit should be out this morning.

combining with vsa is an interesting idea. It poses interesting problems 
-- since the vsa decompress has to happen way earlier than the other 
decompress.

This is the kind of "interesting" issue that continues to make linuxbios 
  more complex, year by year. If you've ever wondered why there are so 
many config variables etc., well, here is part of the reason. :-)
