You got an older version of the driver, rather than either a consistent
version from Fedora or a consistent version from GIT on Freedesktop.org.
The driver you grabbed is out of date and has (many) more bugs, most of
them since fixed, and you will waste our time with any bug reports filed
against it.

So I must worry about what driver you run. You will continue to waste
our time and hinder development if you use the wrong driver, as you
are.

Do not mix and match drivers with X servers. Do not take pieces from
random locations. Please read and understand what we tell you.

Unless you show more care in your development work, we will be forced to
decide that spending time coaching you is a waste of time and ignore
you, which I don't think you want.

To get X, please either:
	1) take apart the Fedora RPM's in the Fedora snapshots or:
	2) Download and build (either using the build script or jhbuild)
current X development bits from git from freedesktop.org.

I recommend 2) *only* if you are going to develop/debug X itself, as
development snapshots taken at arbitrary times are more likely to have
problems than snapshots in the Fedora source RPM repository, which have
had at least minimal testing, and we know exactly what source was used
to build that version.

Jordan, at this point removing the old amd driver from the AMD site
while adding a note that it is now developed on freedesktop.org would be
wise.
