Infineon datasheet more closely, and will verify whether the timings are
in fact valid when run at CL2.5 timings.
As it turns out, Quanta has moved to an intended design center of CL2, and
all of the RAMs are supposed to support that design point. Unfortunately,
Quanta has confirmed that Infineon provided the wrong DRAMs for the build.
They had ordered, and we were supposed to receive, the HYB25D256160CE-6
DRAMs. Instead, Infineon supplied HYB25D256163CE-4 chips, and incoming QA
missed the switch.
Thanks to everyone for the excellent investigation that finally nailed
this down!
