 A note:

 LB has actually been programming the MC to 266MT/s, not 222. So the
 platforms with Infineons are actually running off the datasheet (it only
 specs 250MT/s).

 Some questions for the OLPC people:
 What SKU should LB be running? (see Bug 100 for another complication)
 Are all the DRAMs included on the OLPC platforms compliant with that SKU?
