[OLPC-devel] olpcflash 0.2.3 in buildrom

I pushed up a few changes to olpcflash based on some feedback.

- Writes now have an autoverify. Disable with --no-verify
- Help output more closely resembles reality
- If no command is specified then it tells you its not doing anything.

I also audited 2 of the other SPI flashes datashets that will be for
second source on production.  Based on the datasheet it doesn't look
like any changes to olpcflash will be necessary.
