How to register the Trac?

Hi Ivan,

Finally, I could successfully login the Trac. Thank you!  The reason
was my web browser. In some reason, I could not login with Firefox
(1.5.0.7) on Windows again. But it works with Internet
Explorer. Although I have no idea about that, I'm going to update my
Firefox.
