 This is actually a good test becasue the text is broken by Tashkeel which
 is a problem that has to be solved. The reason being that children in
 early grades use tashkeels extensively to learn reading (otherwise you
 won't know how to pronounce the letters)

 Other sites that are good tests and show other problems (I will split this
 bug once I can find a pattern):

 Also, the problem seems to be two folds:
 1. No arabic fonts installed on the system (won't be an issue on your
 Fedora machine since it probably already has arabic fonts)
 2. Configuring gecko (the settings font.name.<generic font type>.ar):
 gecko doesn't seem to use those generic families to render all texts. For
 google.com the configured fonts are not used, instead gecko uses the first
 font found in the system that has the arabic character set (or the
 windowing system).

 Any insight from someone that understands why 2 happens would be
 appreciated.
