This looks like it works; /proc/interrupts shows:

 11:         41    XT-PIC-XT        m88-ccic

As dwmw2 has said, the cafe nand doesn't use an IRQ, and the SD stuff
appears to blow up in the same manner as before (sdhci: Invalid iomem
size. Aborting.).

Once I actually remember the load i8042 and psmouse, this shows up
in /proc/interrupts:

 12:        527    XT-PIC-XT        i8042

Also, rdmsr tells me:
MSR register 0x51400025 => 00:00:00:00:00:00:10:02
MSR register 0x5140004e => 00:00:00:00:ef:fd:00:80

So this looks okay.  However, only one device shows up
in /proc/bus/input/devices; going to need to mess around w/ the driver a
bit more.
