 Wired networking (the asix driver) isn't coming up automatically in
 build116.  I can up the interface manually:

 Determining IP information for eth0... done.

 but it doesn't happen at boot anymore, as the Tinderbox shows:

 Reproducible across two tinderbox runs, so not a transient bug.  Perhaps
 this is related to the same migration towards networkmanager that broke
 iwconfig?
