gstreamer-python?

It includes 88K of "extend" modules which could be eliminated easily,
but most of the size is in two .so libraries.

PenguinTV uses pygst for the internal player, but I would also imagine a
lot of activities are going to want easy access to sound and video.  I
was assuming since the base OS uses gstreamer that it would be exposed
to the python platform that we want everyone to use.
