Actually, Cmd-` cycles between windows of the same app on my Mac.
What I *really* like about the Mac's Cmd-Tab switcher is how you can
use "regular" interactions after bringing up the switcher interface
with Cmd-Tab: as long as Cmd is not released, you can Tab, Shift-Tab,
use cursor keys, or (what I really miss elsewhere) the mouse to
select the application you want to switch to.
